The Northwest Personnel Administrators
joined as a formal organization in the mid-1950's. Comprised
of administrators representing school districts in the North Shore
/ Northwest Chicago-suburban area, NWPA members assess regional
staffing needs, provide a vital network to college and university
teacher placement offices throughout the nation, and collaborate
on school human resource protocols and practices.
The Northwest Personnel Administrators
are committed to developing and implementing policies, programs,
and procedures designed to foster the highest standards in the
recruitment and continuing professional development of the member
school districts.

The fifth annual Northwest
Personnel Administrators’ Job Fair will
be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Harper
Community College in Palatine, Illinois from
8:00am to noon. Practicing administrators seeking
a change as well as aspiring administrators
are invited to confidential interviews with
representatives of the nineteen NWPA school
