The Northwest Personnel Administrators joined
as a formal organization in the mid-1950's.
Comprised of administrators representing school districts in the North
Shore / Northwest Chicago-suburban area, NWPA members assess regional
staffing needs, provide a vital network to college and university teacher
placement offices throughout the nation, and collaborate on school human
resource protocols and practices.
The Northwest Personnel Administrators
are committed to developing and implementing policies, programs, and
procedures designed to foster the highest standards in the recruitment and
continuing professional development of the member school districts.
NWPA Schools include Addison Trail/Willowbrook High School, Buffalo Grove High School, Elk
Grove High School, John Hersey High School, Prospect High School, Rolling
Meadows High School, Wheeling High School, Barrington Community School,
Downers Grove Community High School, Evanston Township High School, Glenbard Township High School, Glenbrook High School,
Highland Park/Deerfield High School, Hinsdale Township High School, Lake
Forest High School, Lake Park Community High School, Leyden Community High
School, Lyons Township High School, Maine Township High School, New Trier
Township High School, Niles Township High School, Oak Park/River Forest
High School, Palatine/Schaumburg Township High School, Proviso Township
High School, and Stevenson High School.
